Senior Fund Raising Role - Non Convertible Debentures/Retail Liability Business

- Understand Business Vision and develop the Strategy for Retail Liability Business (Infra Bonds, Public Issue, Commercial Paper, Inter Corporate Deposits, etc) in alignment with the Organization Vision

- Guide & facilitate the team to formulate Strategy to raise resources through Public Issue of NCDs / Private Placement of NCDs / CPs

- Develop new strategies to scan the market for potential new avenues & generate revenue from untapped markets; creating visibility through investors meet / conferences, communication of results updates etc

- Building Relationships with Key Arrangers / Brokers / Intermediaries / Clients in their respective jurisdiction and areas

- Monitor competition and industry trends and develop strong market intelligence network

Risk, Process & Compliance

- Oversee process adherence, TAT improvement & adherence to all stipulated policies & guidelines and ensure operational excellence for Retail Liability

- Ensure optimum intervention, deployment and integration of technology in all processes

- Liasoning with all the Internal and External Stakeholders to understand the Processes and Identifying the opportunity to automate and digitalize

- Create Visibility & Sustainability by conducting Bond awareness Programme, Associates meeting, ASSOCHAM Bond Summit etc
