Senior Fund Accountant USA - Real Estate & Alternative Investment Fund

One of our client is US based alternate investment fund with presence across globe and looking to expand team in India. Hence, looking to hire candidate with solid work experience of 3 to 8 years in fund accounting or fund administration in Alternative Investment funds or Real Estate.

Key responsibilities:

- Absorb directions from the real estate and alternative investments Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) along with local manager for categorizing, processing, extracting, analysing, troubleshooting, and improving source documents processes for data inputs and client outcome reporting requirements.

- Interact and collaborate with internal product and solution operation teams for source documents gathering, classification, extraction, and data items with proprietary AI Assist for internal and client requirements.

- Assist SMEs with current and future projects involving data upload templates for proprietary or client financial models and provide management reporting on project status reports, KPIs, etc.

- Review workflow processes and implement efficiency improvements.

Essential Qualification and Skills:

- Qualified educational degree in accounting or finance.

- Knowledge on Investran OR Geneva OR Yardi OR MRI
