Experience: 10-14 yrs for last 5 years should have been in Success Factors Responsibilities : - Implementing/Maintaining & Driving Success Factor project - Selected candidates will be working across the SDLC cycle of the project, as per requirements. Must Have : - Good knowledge of HCM Concepts and HCMS Functional domain knowledge - Must have atleast 2-3 Implementation Experience in SuccessFactors - Must have Done Requirement gathering and documentation for all HR related processes for ASIS, TO BE and Blue print document. - Knowledge of standard SuccessFactor process required to design the key data structure for configuration - Must have experience in leading teams and should have handled complex people management Problems - Must be able to articulate business requirements - Must have done stake holder management roles. - Should have worked as Project manager for multiple Projects - Must have good written and verbal communication Skills.
