Senior Fixed Income Sales Trader - Institutional Sales

We are hiring for an exclusive mandate with one of our client a UK based Investments Frim

Job Role :

- This role will be an integral part of Middle East / India Fixed Income Strategies and Institutional sales coverage

- Generating revenue through Riskless Match Principal Trades in Fixed Income Bonds / Loans / Structured products.

- Regular engagement and sales coverage to Buy Side Institutional Clients and Family Offices particularly interested in Middle East / India risk.

- Utilize the language and geographical reach to Middle East / India domiciled institutions to gather intelligence and share with existing and potential Investors.

- Providing local market color to external Institutional Funds and internal clients

- Perform Middle East / Emerging Markets market research, analyze market conditions and work with clients to generate liquidity in OTC products.

- Ensure timely execution of the orders and that they conform with compliance and regulatory policies.

- We are looking for a candidate from India & ready to move to the UK.

Experience :

- Minimum of 7 years of proven success in Fixed Income Sales with Institutional Buy side clients.

- The ideal candidate should have strong track record and functional knowledge in the Middle East / Emerging Market Debt Markets

- Existing relationships with Buy side institutions particularly interested in EMEA / Emerging Market Risk

- The candidate should be able to demonstrate key associations with large and important Middle East / Indian institutions and Banks.

- Self-starter and self-driven.

- Available to work in Asia hours

- Working knowledge of Indian ethnic languages is an advantage - particularly Hindi or Urdu.

Qualifications:

Minimum Post Graduate degree level qualification is required. Master's degree in Finance, Business or Economics or CFA qualification is preferable.
