ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Analyst with expertise in transaction advisory services to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, a strong background in project finance, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality work to senior executives.
LOCATION: Hybrid - Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) and Any city (India)

KEY RESPONSBILITIES:
Financial Modeling and Analysis:
- Develop, refine and/or evaluate complex financial models to evaluate projects, transactions, and investments
- Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning for infrastructure/large-scale projects
Project Finance Expertise:
- Evaluate project finance opportunities, including capital structuring, risk assessment, and funding mechanisms
- Analyze financial and economic feasibility for large-scale infrastructure projects
Advisory Services Delivery:
- Provide transaction advisory services, including due diligence, market assessments, and investment analysis
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations tailored for senior executives and key stakeholders
Client Engagement and Consulting:
- Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of advisory services.
- Lead and participate in strategic discussions to address client challenges and objectives
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Guide junior team members, ensuring quality and alignment with client requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 8 years of experience (at least 6 years in Big4 or boutique transaction advisory firms)
- Financial modeling and analysis expertise in project finance and large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven ability to prepare high-quality documents and presentations for senior executives
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts effectively
- CA degree or CFA charter holder or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in management consulting, client management, and project delivery is highly desirable
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Frequent travel and on-site work as per requirement
