Senior Financial Analyst - Mortgage Firm (2-5 yrs)
Our client a leading MNC Mortgage company.
Accountabilities :
- Responsible for financial analysis, research and presentations for Executive management Build financial models that aid in management's decision making
- Build financial models that aid in management's decision making
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business model and competitive/benchmark landscape
- Identify, recommend and execute on improvement and automation
- Role will involve high levels of communication across multiple levels of the organization to effectively and accurately report
Desired Profile :
- MBA Finance from tier 1 business schools
- 2-5 years- corporate finance / financial analysis /consulting experience in the Financial Services industry or an investment bank, consulting firm, or real estate investment platform, debt syndication,
- Thorough understanding of corporate finance concepts
- Exceptional financial modeling, and presentation skills
- Prior roles in preparing reports / presentations for senior management would be an advantage
- Good comprehension of financial statements (Knowledge of GAAP is a plus)
