Major Results Areas:

- Business Scorecard - quarterly preparation of Regional Business Scorecard (BSC)

- Monthly KPI / Dashboard - Design and prepare easy view Monthly Dashboards and Key Performance Indicators for the Region and the stakeholders, in line with the strategy and BSC

- Preparation of Monthly Management Report; liaise and consolidating with countries on their respective Monthly Report, with focus on:

Sales - Analysis of Sales, by Segments, Customers, Products, Cluster/Country, and Business Plan.

Macro-economic and Industry Developments - connecting sales performance to macro trends

- Margins - detail analysis on quarterly basis on margins against budget and year-on-year

- Total Costs - detailed review of costs; addressing variances and identifying risks and opportunities

- Macro-economic developments - design and maintain a database consisting of key economic indicators

- Balance Sheet - tracking ratios pertaining to Inventory and Receivables. Maintaining the Monthly Regional Credit Dashboard

- Regional Recharges - work with countries on the quarterly recharges per Service Agreement

- Budgeting / Forecasting - coordinate, track and analyze Region planning activities

- Sales Forecasting - establish a process and report, on projected monthly sales and order Forecasts

- Ad-hoc projects and Assignment

Job Requirements:

- Possess a Business / Finance / Economics degree or equivalent; with at least 5 years' of relevant work experiences.

- Must be comfortable interacting with senior members across Asia Pacific and Headquarters, and able to work effectively across different countries in the Region, and across different functions

- Possess strong perspective and good Business acumen - understands the business issues, drivers and challenges of the industry, and connect the interrelations

- Strong PC skills required- advanced Excel (Macros and Visual Basic desirable), PowerPoint and Access, and be able to use analytical tools with ease. General understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design will be advantageous

- Self starter, pro-active thinker, and strong analytical skills

- Impeccable attention to details and capable of handling large amount of data

- Demonstrated process focus and organized work style

- Functioning in a highly-matrix structure across functional, business, geographic and cultural boundaries

- Proven capabilities to identify, develop and implement process improvements

- Developing business cases and enrolling leaders at all levels in taking appropriate actions

- Experience with SAP, Business Objects will be advantageous; or use of other similar BI systems required
