ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Collect operational expense data from various sources and organize and input data into comprehensive (pre-existing) excel documents for analysis. - CAPEX Tracker updates - CAPEX Forecast modelling updates - COGS Forecast modelling updates - COGS Project Savings updates o AP Tracker modelling updates o Gross Profit modelling updates - Work with operational business partners and others within the finance team to collect and report monthly Actuals data as well as updates to future expense expectations in order to aid in Operational expense forecasting - Update Operations expenses actual vs. budget/forecast comparisons for use in monthly reporting and slide generation - Provide sequential observation and feedback to Director, Operational Finance for Operational expenditures - Purchase Requisition review of CAPEX1/OPEX1 queues to qualify whether expenditures are budgeted, timely and accounted for correctly - Support any other ad hoc revenue and key metrics support analysis - Prepare slides used in presentations shared in Executive Staff, Board of Director, Executive Committee and any other senior management meetings - Learn all aspects of TPx's operational processes to support corporate financial reporting and operational metrics analysis PERIPHERAL DUTIES - May be required to support other finance activities as business needs dictate. - Support the annual budget process and quarterly forecasting process on an as needed basis. - Support ad hoc projects on an as needed basis. - Maintain positive working relationships and be willing to collaborate with all employees and managers within Finance and other departments.
