Job Description : Job Title : Sr Finance Officer - (Finalization, Consolidation,Financial Valuation, M&A) Reporting to : Finance Manager Position in nos : 2 Location : Muscat, Oman Eligibility Criteria : - Must be a B.Com / M.Com + CA inter only - B.Com / M.Com + CA Qualified / CWA Qualified / MBA is not preferred - Job experience has to be in between 6 to 8 years post-CA inter only - Solid experience into Financial Analysis, Finalisation of books of accounts, MIS reporting to CFO or Higher management, Financial Modelling, Financial Due Diligence, Investment Analysis, Merger & Acquisitions, Budgeting, ERP(JD Edward or SAP or Oracle), etc. - At least 6 years of relevant experience in Hospitality, Manufacturing or Service industry. - Age has to be up to 35 years About Company : A leading Conglomerate dealing business in industrial catering, operations & maintenance. Key Accountabilities: - Ensuring timely closure and finalization of books of accounts. - Preparation of financial statements and consolidations within tight deadlines - Develop periodic financial Investment and management reports by analyzing performance of the overall business - Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives - Support management team and the Heads of Department in decision making with data-driven analysis. - Analyze projects by performing corporate valuations by using methods like IRR, PBV and NPV. - Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, Margins and Capex. - Developed pricing and analyzed new business opportunities in GCC and European regions. - Forecast and Budget revenue preparation for all the entities across the Globe as per the investment plans. - Developed financial feasibility study for the new investments and provide insights to the Sr management Job-Specific Skills : - Advance level of proficiency in MS Office. - Experience in review of consolidation and financial statements - Analyzed and/or prepared detailed business/financial plans and cash flow models (5 to 10 year forecasts) for valuation and financial modeling projects - Worked on business valuation, and financial modeling projects - Performed valuations using techniques like Cost driver & revenue driver identification, projection of P&L, Cash flow, Balance Sheet, Depreciation schedule, Debt schedule, Ratio Analysis, Discounted Cash Flow, Relative valuation, Comparable Analysis, Benchmarking, Sensitivity analysis - Analyzed historical financial statements, business performance and key operating metrics of the subject companies valued - Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Basic salary OMR PM + Family furnished accommodation + Transportation + Utility expenses + Medical & Insurance + Annual passage (30 days leave salary with both side economy class flight ticket) + Bonus Zahid +91 22 4096 0194
