Senior Finance Manager - Plant

Position : Senior Manager - Finance.

Location : Sampla/Rohad Village, Bahadurgarh.

Experience : 14-16 year (Plant Experience is Must).

Industry : Manufacturing.

Salary : 20-25 Lacs per annum.

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Finance, to join our client's dynamic team in Rohad Village, Bahadurgarh.

- The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the financial health and operations of the organization in the manufacturing sector.

- This role involves collaboration with the Managing Director and the executive team to shape the company's financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and driving financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Strategic Leadership: Provide financial leadership to the executive team and board, guiding the company's financial strategy.

- Financial Management: Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance compliance and efficiency.

- Accounting & Compliance: Oversee all accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, GL, and payroll.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and international tax regulations.

- Prepare and present financial statements in accordance with statutory requirements.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the development and management of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.

- Risk Management: Provide capital and risk management advice with proactive recommendations.

- Banking Relations: Lead and manage the organization's banking relations, including financing and funding matters.

- Investment Strategy: Advise on investment activities and strategies to maintain the financial health of the organization.

- Reporting: Provide comprehensive financial reports and interpret financial data for internal and external stakeholders.

- Growth Support: Offer financial insights to support strategic growth initiatives and business verticals.

- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Lead the finance team, ensuring high performance and adherence to timelines.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements, including GST, Income Tax, and employee deductions.

- Monthly Analysis: Manage and provide monthly data analysis, including P&Ls and management reports along with monthly closure of the books.

Required Skills & Qualifications:.

- Education: CA is Mandatory or MBA in Finance.

- Experience: 14-16 years of experience in finance, with at least 8 years in a leadership role with a comprehensive understanding of the financial operations in a manufacturing sector is mandatory.

- Experience working in a Plant is Must.

- ERP: Complete working and knowledge of SAP is Must.
