Senior Finance Manager - IT - CA (10-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the corporate finance team
- Lead and manage monthly and annual accounts finalization, audits (Internal, Statutory, and Governmental) and follow up for India & US entities
- Identify & implement appropriate occasions of determining tax treatments to ensure compliance and regular filing of returns under Indirect and Direct tax laws, and Tax assessments and inspections by Government.
- Achieve accounting operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Maintain accounting controls by assisting in defining accounting policies and procedures.
- Avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed GAAP and Tax legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures where required.
Desired Background
- CA with 10+ years of relevant experience in IGAAP and USGAAP
- 5+ years of experience in team management,
- 5+ years of experience in working with global stakeholders in a cross cultural environment
