Position:Senior Manager - Finance Location: Nalagadh, Himachal Pradesh Education: CA or ICWA (completed) Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing end to end Finance activities for a Plant/Factory/Manufacturing set up. Team size 2 Reporting to - GM Finance Work hours - General Shift (Mon-Sat) Responsibilities : - Plan and direct management accounting activities (cost & variance analysis, monthly performance analysis, investment decisions, balance sheet management and decision support) for the manufacturing units. - Financial monitoring of the units and the implementation of corrective actions. - Execute the business planning process, which includes setting up budgets, rolling forecasts, and monthly performance reviews. - People management, training and development - Internal controls incl project control (e.g. product development, equipment creation and others) - Product costing and optimisation Experience : - In managing the financial and accounting affairs of a mid-sized plant. - Accounting operations, financial reporting and management accounting - Short and mid-term planning. - Cost management. - Net-asset management. - Business and financial controls. - Insurance management. - Relationship management between the finance department and Business Units.
