Job Title - Senior Finance Manager Function- Finance Location - Mumbai A. POSITION OBJECTIVE : To develop and manage the Finance & Accounts function as the primary custodian so as to maximize business impact. B. KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES : Sr. Key Responsibilities : 1. Institutionalize a systemic mindset towards managing financial controls, accounting standards and creating excellence in process robustness by seamlessly aligning technology & people disciplines. 2. Attract, engage and develop the right team competencies so as to ensure high performance. 3. Be up-to-date on best practices and the latest standards of managing Financial Profitability& Accounting and to align existing processes and practices so as to ensure functional relevance and robustness. 4. To lead the Finance team and ensure all organizations financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth. 5. Partner with IT to lead and develop a strong technology-driven F&A ecosystem. 6. Be aware of all market-related development and competitor behavior. 7. Lead and manage the preparation of all financial & accounting reports that summarize and forecast the organization's financial position. 8. Develop and lead regular functional reviews & data analytics while contributing innovatively towards devising and regularly upgrading functional policies & practices. 9. Track and ensure completion of all management MIS and submission in an accurate and timely manner. 10. Maintain a healthy and collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders in other functions and be seen as a key influencer in functional design. 11. Train, coach and guide the team in functional knowledge, skill development, and process excellence. 12. Maintain and demonstrate proficiency in all technology related developments for the function and in training the team to have a technology-driven work ethic. 13. Be highly sensitive to, and develop a zero-tolerance attitude towards delinquencies in regulatory compliances, internal governance standards, and Company ethics. 14. Ensure client quality and value by adherence to existing established quality & compliance standards. 15. Adherence to all required regulations and research new regulations and implement them in an appropriate manner. C. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT : Qualifications : - Essential Post Graduate, Graduate in Finance / Accounts or allied fields. Experience : - Essential 4-8 year experience in NBFC or allied industry D. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS: a.
