We are looking for a Manager/AVP Finance with good communication and analytical skills, who is skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize key deliverables and work in a fluid, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will lead the finance and account division across revenue, general accounting, banking, direct & indirect taxation, and MIS

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT :

- Lead the finance and account division.

- Provide reporting, analysis and forecasting to facilitate strategic decision making and to track performance to operating goals.

- Manage the finance function across revenue, general accounting, banking, direct & indirect taxation and MIS

- Ensure that tax and regulatory payments, returns and filing are up to date and compliant.

- Budgeting - lead and report the budgeting process, business planning.

- Doing internal audit for all settlement to Merchants.

- Identify and implement best practices to make the Company, financial processes and internal controls more efficient and effective.

- Prepare reports as required for Audit, Executive Committee and Board meetings; prepare quarterly consolidated accounts; ensured compliance of financials with accounting standards

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE :

- CA with 6-12 years of experience in handling Direct and Indirect Taxation

- MBA Finance and Payment Industry experience (Desirable)

- Flexibility to Start-up Culture

- Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

- Experience in due diligence

- Proficiency in MS Office Tools

- Practical experience in ITR, GST Filings, Accounting

- Good Communication and analytical Skills

- Strong understanding of payment processing rules, regulations, and industry standards

- Risk-based approach / mind set to solving problems

- Multi-tasking skill with the ability to prioritize key deliverables and work in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
