Client Details

Our client with a history of 30 plus years in the Indian market, also have operations in US. They are a known name in their Industry in the manufacturing space & has experienced exponential growth in the recent years. Looking to scale up their operations in India & abroad, they are looking to hire a Senior Lead Finance (Head - Banking, Credit Administration).

Description

Reporting directly into the Head of Finance, you will be responsible:

- Provide leadership and coordination to the team consisting of team members of Banking, Forex, treasury and risk management in the company

- Be the corporate face of the organization for bankers, fund houses, PMS service providers and other government authorities

- Complete analysis of financial results; Develop recommendations (strategic and tactical). Develop and maintain capital budget

- Looking after routine payments & collection, effective planning of funds to reduce borrowing cost

- Represent company in efforts with investment bankers and potential investors

- Prepare various analyses and reports required by corporate development efforts

- Plan for the long term fund requirement of the organization and arrange the same via best available funding facilities in the market with optimum mix

- Day to day review & monitoring cash flow of the company to optimize the fund flow with forecasting/phasing the funds requirement for various operational and other activities.

- Liaising with banks/financial institutions for raising funds at appropriate cost to meet the mismatch between the inflows and outflows as well as utilizing funds/limits for interest arbitrage to contribute to the bottom line of the organization

- Day to day evaluation and analysis of forex exposure, defining adequate strategy for hedging the exposure, ascertaining the method of hedging, platform and documentations thereof.

- Should have thorough knowledge of various products and must be capable of designing and evaluating structures. Candidate should be well versed with fundamental and technical studies of forex market movement

Profile

You are a CA / MBA with 5 - 9 years of post qualification experience. You are well versed with reviewing loan documents & liaising with internal and external parties to ensure proper and efficient delivery of credit administration duties. You have prior experience of working in Industry or at a Bank branch responsible for validating loan documentation.
