Senior Finance Executive - FinTech Startup - CA

About the company; Fastest growing (profitable) Fintech/NBFC Company based out of Bangalore.

Funded - Series D - $75 million. The startup's robust digital technology & frictionless user experience allows PAN India reach with 75% of the users coming from tier 2 and 3 cities.

Grown 4x year-over-year with strong unit economics and track record of profitability.

Job responsibilities:

- Preparation/ Review of journal entries for all areas of the Financial Statements

- Preparation/review and automation of various loan book related reconciliations

- Preparation of audit schedules, IGAAP and IndAS monthly Financial Statements, MIS for NBFC etc.

- Preparation of RBI forms of systemically important NBFC

- Interacting with various stakeholders within and across departments to develop financial reporting schema and reconciliations for new products and transactions

- Handling statutory, internal and tax audits

- Day to day fund flow and liquidity management

Qualification/experience:

- CA with post qualification experience of 1-2 yrs who are interested in Finance Reporting and controllership role

- Prior experience of doing statutory audits or working in NBFCs/Financial services industry is mandatory

- Should have practical experience with IndAS FS

- Should have experience of working in Tally

- Prior experience with securitisation, assignment etc is preferred.
