Senior Finance Executive - eCommerce - CA

Designation - Sr. Finance Executive

Location- Dubai

Salary - 10- 12 K AED per month( Tax Free) | 20-24 Lakhs INR (Tax free)

Reporting to - Manager Corporate Treasury

Experience required - 1-2 years

Qualification - CA, MUST HAVE - working with TIER 1 E-Commerce Company in India

The Brief of the JD is as below

- Accounts payable, vendor payments, credits/debit notes, claims closure, reconciliation,

- Vendor on boarding process, agreements, vendor KYC, etc.

- Vendor performance, commercial, operational matters

- Banking - Letter of credits, bank guarantees and resolving other payment related issues

- Contract executions, commercial negotiation with other parties to best suit the business operation and profitability

- Inventory reconciliation; ensure opening, receipts, sales, closing, returns are matched with system

- Daily monitoring of sale and realization

- Extensive reconciliation with various modes of receipt

- Banking - ensure timely realization, commercials and SLA- s

- Control over the operational cost

- Manage sales return process
