Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience post-qualification or a semi-qualified CA who has cleared at least one group of CA final examination with minimum experience of 5 years.

Requirements and Duties:

1. Scrutiny of accounts for group entities on a monthly basis.

2. Checking of bank reconciliation statements.

3. Asset additions/ Retirements/ Insurance

4. Checking of TDS Returns /TDS Payments/Defaults

5. Checking of Monthly GST payments/ Return filing

6. MIS preparation for group entities

7. Handling Yearly/Half Yearly Finalization work/ ITR Filing/ROC filings

8. Assisting in Income tax assessment work & Audit requirements, Handling the notices & requirements of IT dept.

9. Secretarial Compliance

10. Submission of NSE/BSE/MCX/SEBI networks.
