Roles & responsibilities:
- Manage Entity Financials, audit, MIS & Drive the company's financial planning
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
- Key role in implementation & oversee the company's finance IT system
- Supervise all finance personnel aligned to the legal entity
- Manage vendor relationships
- Execute investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments
- Execute investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks, come up with optimum strategy basis market dynamics
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)/Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Equivalent
- 8-12 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as lead finance officer or in a relevant capacity
- In depth knowledge of Ind AS, corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and ERP software (e.g. SAP/Oracle)
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
- Potential to be groomed as CFO to manage entity/business vertical related budgeting, treasury management, Stakeholder Management etc
