Senior Finance Controller - Financial Planning & Analysis/P&S - Healthcare/Pharma (12-15 yrs)
- Provide timely and relevant financial analysis and reports to Country Finance team and Commercial/P&S leaders in order support key business decisions and validate results against KPI's.
- Coordinate the country forecasting processes (e.g. quarterly Latest Estimates (LE's) and annual Budgets) in order to ensure timely completion, accurate information and qualitative financial input.
- Consolidation of country and site P&S financial performance and commentaries in monthly reporting pack for Territory Management Business Reviews (MBR's).
- Supervise consolidation of Country P&L P&S scope particularly in respect of COGs/Gross Profit and variances as well as Production, Supply and Distribution function Costs and provide explanations, commentaries and analysis to Business Facing Finance teams.
- To support the coordination of key P&S Finance processes such as Standard Costing and Inventory Provisioning and provide relevant output reports and analysis
- Support country/regional Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) process with financial input and participation as required.
- Support Ad hoc analysis, projects and requests as necessary to enable decision support
- Play a leadership role in selection, coaching and development of more junior team members
12-15 years- experience with Minimum 5 years in Business Controllership roles (preferably in P&S)
- Good understanding of financial statements
- Understanding of reporting, budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
- Good knowledge of the products and Function Costs drivers
- Sound understanding of key financial concepts, solid theoretical background in finance and accounting
- Ability to effectively analyze numerical information, present conclusions and recommendations in a clear way
- Ability to influence business stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure while keeping high quality of output
- Ability to combine attention to details and understanding the big picture
- Business facing experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Master in Economics or Finance
- Holds professional Finance qualification i.e. CA, ICWA or equivalent
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
