Responsibilities :

- Analyse the market and monitor current fashion, collections, customer preferences, and competitor activities

- Plan and create new designs post getting concept guidelines from creative head/management for new categories/new ranges

- Coordinate with Merchandising team for sample making and end to end coordination for final production.

- Lead and provide overall creative direction to the brand by conceptualizing and developing ranges for different categories

- Prepare detailed tech packs and update all packs over the course

- Promote new concepts, designs, systems, and out of the box thinking for product innovations and processes

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 5-10 years of relevant fashion design experience (Innerwear, Loungewear design experience preferred)

- Naturally creative with a strong passion and aesthetic for modern, minimal design

- Excellent capability and experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
