Senior Leadership Development Facilitator
- The Leadership Development Facilitator will support the ongoing development and training by designing, developing and delivering signature Leadership Programs, Career Development training programs, and other focused training solutions as needed.
- Designing, developing and facilitating leadership and professional development training programs that support career development across the various layers and functions of the organization
- Conducting needs analysis to identify gaps in performance and identify the most effective and appropriate learning solutions
- Designing, developing and facilitating customized, focused training solutions where needed, or sourcing external providers, as appropriate.
- Supporting Career Development by identifying, designing, and developing the needed tools, processes, and knowledge resources that can be delivered through a variety of mediums (ILT, WBT, Knowledge Sharing)
- Supporting intact team development across the various business functions through needs assessment and customized content development where needed
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Developing content and facilitating leadership and professional development training programs that support career development for the manager and director leadership levels
- Developing content and facilitating teaming sessions for intact work teams
- Developing content, and facilitating professional development programs that support focused career development objectives for all employee populations
- Fostering Career Development by creating learning modules and knowledge sharing opportunities across all levels of the organization that includes a selection of resources that can be delivered through a variety of mediums (ILT, WBT, Knowledge Sharing)
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Development, Business, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Leadership Development program design, development and delivery
- Strong platform skills and experience delivering professional and leadership training program content
- In-depth training content design, development, and delivery experience in various modalities, including ITL, WBT, remote learning, web learning, and coaching.
- Exceptional understanding of a range of training development models and adult learning theories
- Proven track record of a high commitment to quality outcomes from learning and development interventions.
- Experience working with a range of leader and employee populations.
