Senior Expert - Public Admin/Policy Making (8-15 yrs)

- One of our clients, a global consulting firm has been working with one of the largest ministries in one of the GCC countries and is currently looking for a Senior Expert in Public Administration / Policy Making to help redesign and define what the Public Sector Civil Services program should look like in the future in order to drive more efficiency and effectiveness.

- Our client is putting together a panel of experts, particularly people with significant / senior background in public administration / policy making and the Senior Expert will be working along with other experts of eminence and repute.

- The first phase of the project is around 3 months where the work for the expert to be around 4-8 hours in a week. The second and third phase, which is a separate project will likely extend over 9 months and the participation of the expert is likely to increase in the subsequent phases. The work is likely to be remote mostly and will not include travel unless the expert is willing to do that.

Expert Profile:

- The profile has to be someone senior who can be credibly brought into meeting with the Minister or Vice Minster level.

- Looking for people with a background in countries such as UK, Australia, Canada or New Zealand with a strong profile on Public Administration and Policy Making.

- Specifically someone who can credibly talk about how Civil Services programs work across different countries, how they are changing and what does the future of Civil Services that is fast emerging in these leading systems.
