Senior Executive - Talent Management & L&D - Manufacturing Firm (3-6 yrs)
Position: Sr Executive - Talent Management & L&D (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)
Role:
- Evaluate individual development needs and make Individual Development Plans
- Good understanding of 360 degree feedback process and how it contributes to the L&D process
- Building relationships with 3rd party training providers
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Its a hands-on L&D and Talent Management role
- Working closely with various leaders across the organisation and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements
- Evaluation of Training effectiveness
- Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs
- Evaluating Training effectiveness and Optimizing the training processes for efficiency
Requirements:
- MBA (HR)
- 3-6 yrs of experience in L&D and Talent Management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of learning and development best practices
- Professional certification, is preferred
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
