1. Consolidation of Competency Mapping Data, Training Need Identification from various sources & Release of Training Calendar accordingly.
2. Training Design & Training Coordination for - Employee Trainings, Customer Training, APAC
training etc.
3. Lead the 5S & Lean Management like OD Intervention.
4. Develop, Launch and manage E-Learning modules on Product/Behavioral /Compliance Trainings.
5. Responsible for Internship Program for Summer Interns, Project Interns etc.
6. Maintain all training related documents as per ISO standards.
7. Assist in implementation of Learning Management System.
8. Assist in development of Company's Training Centre.
9. Assist in Design & Execution of Workmen Development Program.
10.Translate training needs together with the content into excellent training solutions, with the right mix of lectures, workshops, e- learning, coaching etc. to ensure optimized learning effects.
11. Identify potential training partners for task assistance and execution.
12. Research on the latest trends and industry topics to suggest Open- House/External Training for employees and Senior Management.
13. Responsible for Campus Recruitment & assist in GET/DET Development Program
