Job Description

- The candidate will be responsible for quarterly Consolidation and Management & Statutory Reporting. He will assist in Annual budgeting and forecasting of the group. He will be group audit Co-ordinator

Client Details

The client is one of the growing Private Equity firm with Headquarters in Delhi

Description

- Preparation and analysis of various management reports and presentations

- Quarterly financial consolidation of subsidiaries

- Analysis of actual costs vs. budgets and trend analysis

- Assist in maintaining financial discipline in accounting of financials transactions with respect to correct GL and dimension set (Cost center, Cost detail, Project code etc) across the regions

- Preparation of Consolidated annual financial accounts in accordance with FRS - 102

- Co-ordination with statutory auditors for year-end audits and ensuring timely closure of audits

- Review of Balance sheet reconciliations of various group entities and highlighting the exceptional items

- Responsible for NAV (finance accounting system) administration

- Uploading of Annual budgets into finance accounting system

- Instrumental in Compilation of annual budgets and forecasting

- Assist in maintenance of Data warehouse to ensure uninterrupted extraction of Management & Asset Class reports

- Headcount Reporting

- Ensure deliverables as per reporting KPIs;

Profile

- Qualified chartered accountant

- 2 - 3 years of post-qualification work experience. The work experience should be with Big4 audit firms in statutory audit (Indian)
