Opportunity with a product based MNC || Senior Executive Product & Solutions || Responsibilities : Market Intelligence : - Market research reports on new trends, technology, market landscape, and disruptors to identify new opportunity areas for Newgen - Exploratory research on market entry/penetration for new regions - Consult with business to identify new reports needed to support business requirements - Drive analyst engagement for the assigned region and be the point of contact for all analyst interactions Account-based intelligence: - Account Profile ; Comprehensive account level research - Scan of regional focused accounts and updation of Account-based marketing blue sheets - Walkthrough/presentation of account profiles and account scan reports to Sales and GTM team Competitor Intelligence : - Detailed profile of global/regional competitors for understanding what the competitors are offering and how they are positioning it - Business comparison of competitors (Sales and marketing strategy, pricing, partners, positioning, messaging, collaterals, etc.) to suggest how Newgen's go to market strategy should tackle these competitors when faced with an opportunity - Feature/functionalities competitor comparison/battle card - Activity tracking of competitors on a periodic basis to keep the business teams abreast of competitor's development and take prompt action such as calling out new areas of risk (e.g., the launch of a new competing product) about competitive developments - Conduct sales enablement webinars on competitor analysis and insights Win-Loss Interviews : - Conduct customer/partner win/loss interviews for Newgen's won and lost opportunities - Share the insights gathered from Win Loss Analysis with business teams on a regular basis (Webinars/presentations) Skills required : - Collaborating closely with company teams including sales, marketing, customer success, client services, and others to help develop a compelling value proposition - Ability to derive insightful and actionable intelligence from data Innovative and effective presentation skills - Integration of qualitative and quantitative data to tell a story to internal and external stakeholders - Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences - Research acumen to develop solid conclusions and sound recommendations - Passion for excellence and attention to detail, determination to continuously improve results and contribution, - Strong desire to win on behalf of the team - Ability to synthesize data and present it in an actionable manner Qualifications/Experience : - 2 to 3 years of experience in a market research analyst role catering to different technologies, verticals and regions - MBA with Engineering/B.A. or equivalent degree - Published white papers, best practices, blog posts, competitive comparisons, and product datasheets - Demonstrated experience in developing key competitive messages.
