Senior Executive - Product - Consumer Goods Industry (2-6 yrs)
- Will be responsible for product management for a category/categories
- Product management will entail- monitoring the sales and orders as well as pricing.
- Visiting retail stores pan india and managing the outlets.
- Identifying product gaps, benchmarking with competition and prepare and own a NPD plan (new product development) for the category.
- Work with marketing and operations to ensure that prices are updated and new product prices are released timely.
- Assimilate and review customer/team feedback on the products, liaison with design and marketing team for any changes required.
- Building Product Portfolio and effectiveness of portfolio. Working with sales team to analysis current and future trends
- Should travel frequently in the markets to get customer feedback on the products.
- Work on product pitches and study competition products.
- Prepare presentations in conjunction with marketing department.
- Work closely with marketing to plan product catalogues.
