Senior Executive - Plant Finance - Manufacturing

Position: Senior Executive - Plant Finance (Leading MNC Manufacturing Company)

Role:

- Reporting of Plant Variable Cost, Fixed Overheads, KPIs and other analytics. Variance analysis with previous year and budgets

- Inventory: Physical stock take, reconciliation with books, working closely with business for optmizing inventories etc

- Driving projects for variable and fixed cost optimisation.

- Fixed Assets: CWIP reviews, tagging and physical verification, post investment analysis.

- Internal controls - process audits, action plan closure to strengthen controls, ICRF compliance etc

- Working with Central Finance team for General Accounting, Payables and other teams to ensure accounts hygiene. Drive projects with Central Teams for process improvements.

- GST compliances for the plant in collaboration with Central Indirect Tax team.

- Commercial support to the different plant functions.

Requirements:

- CMA

- Around 1 to 3 years of relevant experience with major part of experience in a Plant Finance role for end-to-end execution of Plant Finance & Controlling deliverables

- Stakeholder Management skills

- Candidate should be well versed in Financial and Manufacturing Accounting.

- Good analytical skills

- Result Oriented

- Detail orientation

- Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and SAP.

- Good inter personal skills
