Leading e-learning subsidiary of a conglomerate is hiring lawyers for their legal and transactional team. The role will primarily involve Contract Drafting, Review and Negotiation, handling Transactional Documentation as well business advisory work. Professionals having previously who have worked in the corporate legal group of any recognized corporate shall be preferred. Exposure to ITES sector will be an added advantage. - Drafting Redlining &amp; Vetting of NDA, SLAs, MSAs, Teaming Agreements, Data Testing Agreements, SOWs, Schedules, Addendums, Change Orders and Purchase Orders for sell side and procurement related contracts. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in negotiations with domestic and International clients (US/UK preferred) on the sell side and procurement related contracts. - Issue spotting and creating risk matrix on the basis of commercial and legal clauses in the contract. - Coordinating with stakeholders within the organization in order to see closure or execute a contract from start till end. - Good written and oral communication skills for negotiations and explaining legal terms in the contract. - Minimum 2 years of experience in IT related contracts dealing with IPR related issues in a contract - Minimum 2 years of experience in dealing (redlining and negotiating) trademarks &amp; copyrights related issues in a contract. - Knowledge of Domestic and International contracts execution process with relevant knowledge of US/UK laws relating to Data Security, Data Privacy and Personal Information. - Candidates with analytical and conceptual mind with business acumen are preferred - Candidate must have good communication skills, must be confident and energetic. - Candidate must have an LLB degree from a reputed university.
