Responsibilities
- Assist in Companies Act, 2013 compliances, ROC Filings and providing company secretarial services.
- Assist in drafting of legal documents, contracts, agreements i.e. lease agreement, loan agreement, auction agreement, service agreements etc.
- Preparation and updating of statutory registers, records/ information etc.
- Preparation and updating various trackers of secretarial and legal department.
- Preparation of board resolutions, minutes, Annual
- General Meeting compliances, forms, and filings with ROC etc.
- Preparation of legal notices.
Skills Requirements:
- CS executive and LL. B pass;
- Good knowledge of corporate secretarial law, Contract Act, Companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies etc.;
- Good computer skills with MS office;
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
- Good command of both spoken and written English;
- Independent and able to work under pressure;
Salary offered: 7-9LPA
