Senior Executive - Legal & Compliance - Insurance - LLB

Qualification : LLB Degree

Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Exp : Min 2-5 years

Job Description :

- Support on all reporting obligations of the Company with respect to IRDAI and other statutory regulators

- Provide support and assistance to the Compliance team to prepare all required documentation for Board Meetings

- Co-ordinate with all functions of the Company on an ongoing basis to collect data/information for the purposes of reporting and also for Board Meetings etc

- Assist in carrying out Compliance Review activities on an ongoing basis

- Manage the MIS of all legal contracts of the Company and update the list on an ongoing basis

- Support the Company on all AML compliances and processes

- Support the function on all Corporate Agency tie-ups and related processes

- Perform Due Diligence for all vendors of the Company in accordance with the applicable IRDAI regulations

- Prepare Reports and Presentations pertaining to Legal and Compliance matters from time to time
