Senior Executive - Indirect Procurement - Online/Internet (2-4 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Analyse and evaluate commercial proposals from prospective vendors.
2. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand the procurement requirements and assist in finalising the vendor.
3. Analyse current spends and find out cost saving opportunities by eliminating wastages (if any) and finding alternative economical solutions or re-negotiating with existing vendors.
4. Prepare comparative commercial propositions from multiple vendors in order to justify a vendor selection and before getting the same approved by the management.
5. Reviewing the commercial & payment terms in the agreements.
6. Keeping a track of all the Purchase Orders.
Skill Set required
- Candidates should be a Commerce Graduate or MBA Finance or CA Inter having a work experience of 2 to 4 years.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and vendors
- Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Results orientated with ability to prioritize and deliver against tight timelines.
