Job Purpose :

Address the basic HR service needs of the employee keeping in view the growing needs of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Employee Lifecycle : Recruitment, selection, background verification, Onborading (joining formalities, IT & Admin arrangement) ~ Induction & exit interviews.

- HR Operations : Confirmation process, issuance of official letters requested by employees, employee insurances (Group Medical, Accident & Life), Attendance record at Gurugram

- Market Intelligence: Hiring, Comp and Benefit trend

- Training need analysis: Documentation and coordination

- Employee engagement initiatives

Key Result Areas / Measure of Performance :

- Recruitment, Background verification & On-boarding

- Timely and quality HR services

- Timely and accuracy of market intelligence

Education, Experience and Skills :

Education and Qualifications :

MBA/Post Graduate with specialization in HR/or Graduate

Experience :

At least 6-8 years of experience in recruitment activities

Desirable :

- Recruitment

- Monthly Payroll & compliances

- Exposure to ERP - People Soft or any other

Skills and attributes :

- Excellent IT skills : MS Excel/Word /PowerPoint

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Good Interpersonal skills

- Independent handling

- Team player

- Strong analytic skills
