Qualifications and Experience requirement:
1. MBA/2-year PGDBM (HR) from a recognized and reputed institute/university with minimum 60% marks.
2. 3 to 5 years of work experience in HR function preferably in an IT start-up.
3. Experience in lateral recruitment for different tech stacks.
4. Must have working knowledge of job portals, community/tech forums and LinkedIn.
5. Should have led Employee engagement initiatives in a Hybrid work setting.
6. Should have exposure to HR operations of a growing team.
7. Should have experience of identifying and engaging with vendor partners.
8. Multi-disciplinary HR experience/exposure
Competencies required:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Ability to connect/network, build relationships.
3. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
4. Flexibility and positive attitude to work across different HR areas.
5. Good understanding of technology business.
6. Well versed in MS-office tools such as MS- excel, PowerPoint etc.
7. Ability to analyse data and come up with necessary inferences/follow up actions.
