Senior Executive - HR Business Partner (7-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Identify and address critical people issues, and remove barriers impeding the success of the business
- Anchor the employee engagement efforts for the business unit and implements engagement initiatives
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Resolve employee issues
- Ensures HR policies and practices are applied consistently throughout
- Partner with business and HRBP to generate value, drive business outcomes by understanding business priorities and driving people initiatives
