Their products in the BI (Business Intelligence) arena present a win-win combination of any ERP with a BI tool. Their robust business model, process oriented approach and competency in latest software technology ensures that they are able to provide their clients with insightful, customized solutions that add quantifiable value and bring about measurable results. They are looking to fill-up following position asap. Position : Senior HR Executive/ HR Executive. Position is open to only female candidates. Location : Bangalore. Only Bangalore based candidates will be considered. Education : MBA - HR Experience : 5 - 8 Years Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : Your tasks can be broadly summarized as :&nbsp; 1. Recruitment and on-boarding 2. Performance Management 3. Training &amp; Development 4. Compensation &amp; Benefit 5. HR operational 6. HR value added tasks. 7. HRIS 8. Employee engagement 9. Exit and F&amp;F Recruitment : - The process will be given to you. - Assessment of requirement and discussion with managers. - Timeline for closure of role requirement. - Interview status to be given daily - Hiring status to be updated daily and sent to Management weekly on Mondays. - Exits to be factored into requirement so that delays are reduced. - Cost of using 1. Consultants : - Matrix to be maintained on the consultants being used by Quantum with all terms and conditions clearly stated for reference. Qualitative remark on interaction and success rate of each consultant. - Requirement to be sent to Consultant by email. - A monthly meeting with in station consultants must be held so that we are in alignment of task and objective and deliverables. - Weekly updates to consultant to be sent on shortlists / rejects / holds / no shows. This is for them to understand what we want and don- t want. - Each month a refreshed requirement should be circulated to all consultants. 2. Referrals : - A monthly memo should be sent to all employees regarding the company's recruitment needs and the bonus attached with it. - Once you start receiving mails the tracker must be updated. - The employee who has referred the candidate must get a response to your mail and be updated on the progress of his referrals candidacy - has s/he been shortlisted / selected and offered. - The referral bonus should be informed to them once the person has joined with all terms being clear. - Finance will need to be informed of the same. 3. Freshers / Training institutes : - We have used training institutes to find freshers with some specific skillsets - eg Dot net. - A list of training institutes and other colleges etc must be maintained to see the sources for finding fresh minds with some training. - The semester dates must be known so that we go for recruitment at the right time. - We must give our numbers to the institutes so that they contact us when the students are looking for placements and at the right time. HR Operations : 1. Attendance, Joining formalities, Leave, Monthly appraisal ( PAM ),Resource allocation, Compensation, Muster roll, Confirmation, Appraisals and letters, Admin tasks, Training needs and calendar, Weekly HR meetings, Databases, 2. Month end report on the HR operational tasks should be sent out. HR tasks : - Employee Handbook - review the handbook and see if things need change or reform. Advise new joinees of the contents and bring yourself up to date on this. - Organisational values - You need to understand the companys views on this and carry this down to the team members through interactions with them on a regular basis. - Master file - this should contain all the info we would want about our employees. There is already one in use - it needs to be updated and maintained. - Competency mapping- we should be able to understand the competencies that we have within our organization and how to use them best. Identification and making a matrix is a good way of keeping it. - HR bonding tasks - how do we get the teams to bond and build stronger relationships. This involves continued interaction with the teams and the managers to understand the problem areas and work towards improving them within the teams and separately for the organization. - Attrition and motivation - It is your duty to find ways of retaining people and motivating them. This must look at all methods available. Attrition cannot be ignored and we must find ways to reduce it. - Performance Management - This is the driving force behind the organization and we must be able to drive our performers and manage them well. The process is done bi- annually and has to be conducted in a positive manner. It is your duty to review the forms and look at how to improve them. Propose new methods to increase performance and rewards and recognition methods. Find ways of looking at compensation benchmarking and revisions. Recommendations and suggestions from PA cycle should be noted and action should be planned for it. In a nutshell : Should have hands on experience on - IT Recruitment, Leave &amp; Attendance, Performance Management, Training &amp; Development, On-boarding &amp; Off-boarding, F&amp;F, Payroll etc. Candidate should be working in Bangalore, preferably who can speak Kannada. Should have good stability. Should be interested to work in a small IT company. Should be having good communication skills.
