Job Objective: Responsible for effective and efficient management of all matters related to legal for the region

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Executive & adhere to legal framework and Lead Legal areas of region for the business

2. Handling Litigations, Non Litigations, Legal Research of NCR Region

3. Legal operations & Liaison with legal consultants & advisors

4. Briefing senior advocates on various litigation & pre litigation matters of business.

5. Represent the organization in all legal appearances

6. Liaison with local bodies and internal liaison to provide support in handling Municipal Authorities/ Urban Development authorities of state governments

7. Track and resolve lands/ Mortgages/ litigations issues

8. Supervising development agreements, flat sale agreements and other related agreements under MOFA & RERA including RERA registration & compliance

9. Plan & adhere to budget expenses and receivable for the region
