Educational Background : Chartered Accountant Qualified

Reporting To : Partner


Experience Required PQ : 2-5 years

Preferred Industry : Chartered Accountant Industry

Location of Work : Mumbai

Position Responsibilities :


1. Advisory on business restructuring - Merger and Acquisition, slump sale, buy back capital reduction etc.

2. Identifying and applying tax and regulatory laws such as corporate law, SEBI, income tax, stamp duty, foreign investment and foreign exchange as relevant to the transaction.

3. Drafting of various transactional documents - Business transfer agreement, asset purchase agreement & share purchase agreement, schemes etc.

4. Liaising with various authorities like NCLT, stamp duty office etc.

5. Direct tax due diligence

Technical & Behavioral :

Skill :

1. The candidate will be someone who has:

a. Strong evaluation and assessment skills

b. Good understanding of the various direct tax and allied laws

c. Team player who can work under pressure and depicts problem solving skills

2. Should have high clarity over merger and Acquisition and their terminologies.

3. Should have good drafting skills.

Soft Skill : Good speaking and writing skills, Presentation capability
