Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Training & Development - Chemicals Firm (3-5 yrs)
- Should be well versed in- training and development- at factory level and corporate level,- which includes soft skill, safety, behavioral training, organizational- development, technical training etc.
- Design a training calendar based on the employee development plan and ensure timely publishing and adherence to the training calendar.
- Work along with the HR head and the function leaders to address organizational- T&D needs by designing and executing- T&D solutions at all levels.
- Responsible for developing a learning architecture, developing and managing online and offline learning content, managing end to end learning program life cycle.
- Designing of a robust- learning and development- module.
- Evaluate the training programs quantitatively and qualitatively through feedbacks and surveys.
- Drive the training needs analysis in functional, behavioral and leadership areas across all functions.
- Design and manage the annual- T&D budget by estimating and forecasting entire T&D cost including content providers, external trainers, and vendors.
- Good exposure to conducting training programs on modules like 5S, TQM,6 Sigma, Behavioral training, interpersonal skills training, stress management, time management etc.
Salary offered : 5-11LPA
