Job Description:
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process: Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent for the organization
- Closely collaborate with hiring managers to define required skills and backgrounds for open positions, create assessment and interview schedules and seamlessly manage coordination
- Ensure 100% staffing as per the agreed People Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Enhance the portal utilization by posting jobs in a way to attract aspiring candidates
- Enhance employee referral programs
- Compensation negotiation as per the recruitment guidelines set in the organization
- Ensure 100% on-boarding of team members by liaising with HRBP/HR Admin
- Prepare monthly scorecard on staffing
Experience:
- 3 to 6 Years of Experience in a multi-level recruitment Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in sales recruitment would be preferable
- Graduate or post graduate in any discipline
- Experience in Excel is a must and fair knowledge in operating any ERP is an added advantage
Candidate Profile:
- Only from Corporate will be short listed for interview
- Must have recruitment experience for FMCG, FMCD, Pharma industry.
- Excellent Communication Skill
