Should be PG in HR with minimum5-10 yrs similar experience from reputed Pharma companies only
JOB Responsibilities :
1. End to end recruitment
2. Pre-and post-joining formalities with candidates. Offer generation and sending across the offer
3. Stakeholder management : POV for all the hiring related to department allocated to me.
4. working experience IN Recruitment software's like Success factor, SAP, Darwin Box, Ultipro, ServiceNow
5.- Strong teamwork, negotiation and interpersonal skills for establishing productive framework for consistent delivery and results across business units.
6. - High level of strategic and problem solving skills with an ability to drive complex Talent Acquisition projects from strategy to results within tight deadlines
