About the Job: The role is to assist the DGM - Strategy on assignments of strategic nature. The key responsibilities will include: - Keeping abreast with market dynamics to provide useful insights, market research based knowledge and analytical support for decision making. Working on research reports and industry analysis. - Working on need based strategic projects. - Ensuring highest level of governance through: - Preparation of monthly dashboards and reports for the group's subsidiary companies - Preparation of monthly reports on Treasury & M&A projects - Driving initiatives and action items to closure The Ideal Candidate: - Must be Graduate/Post-Graduate with 1-2 years of work experience. Experience in big 4 consulting/audit firms is preferred. - Should have the ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements. - Must be a team player. - Self-motivated, solution oriented and focused on fast and efficient delivery. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management. - Competence in writing reports, making attractive presentations that are functional, and data analysis are must.
