Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Leasing - BFSI (4-8 yrs)

1. Position Title Senior Executive / Assistant Manager- Leasing

- Strives to ensure compliances with respect to lease management tasks such calculation of maintenance reserves, cost analysis, tracking timely payments, LC etc

- Analysis and management reporting of lease performance including cash flows, costs incurred, cost reduction initiatives

- Building models for evaluation of leasing proposals

- Perform cost benefit analysis of for various initiatives and create adequate presentations, management reports and notes for approvals

- Being hands-on the progress and performance of the leases assigned and to highlight any deviation and discrepancies.

- To keep track of rent payment. MR payments, engine and maintenance issues for the assigned leases

- Calculation for MR reserves and reconciliation with the lessors for the same

- Co-ordination between engineering, legal, finance and insurance for timely payments, compliances

- Liaising of the lessors, managing relationship with lessors and any other matters related to their lease

Desired Qualification / certifications :


- MBA from IIMs or other Tier I Institutes

Preferred relevant work experience :

- 4-5 years of work experience in leasing or structured finance or investment banking

- Exposure to financial transactions or commercial contracts

- Good team player

Skills and knowledge :


a. Strong financial analysis and MS excel modelling skills

b. Good commercial acumen

c. Presentation and communication skills

d. Meticulous and organized
