Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Human Resource - Manufacturing

Looking for Graduate with MBA qualification (full Time)

Must have experience of managing T&D in manufacturing plant.

Profile :

- Manage the training requirement of the organization

- Need identification, planning

- Preparing & Monitoring Training Calendar

- Devising training modules in consultation with HR Head

- Organizing training programs & presentations on soft / technical skills.

- Assessment of effectiveness of training programmes,

- Good knowledge of Quality management system - ISO 9000 and TS16949,

- Experience of imparting training to manufacturing associates,

- Good knowledge of MS-OFFICE.

Salary offered: 5 - 8 LPA
