Sr. Executive/AM - HR Compliance A MNC is hiring for a Sr Executive/AM HR to manage HR Compliance & Associate Employees at BKC location in Mumbai Location : BKC/Mumbai Reporting Manager : Sr. Manager HR/Associate Director Main Responsibilities : - To handle Statutory HR Labor Compliance (also encompassing the Contract Labour Compliance aspects) - HR Compliance process automation in line with company requirements. - As Business HR for associate employees, lead & drive End to End HR Processes - hiring, engagement, performance appraisals & increments, exit management - Focus on introduction of new Policies & processes and / or identifying and improving the existing ones to cater to the business requirements - To Carry out Induction / Orientation for new joiners - To lead the audit requirements for the area of operations - Drive the partners to deliver on the business requirements and carry out periodic review - To Conduct HR Operations (PR, PO, vendor invoice payments, provisions, etc- ) Skills/Experience : - Strong understanding of HR Statutory Compliances including knowledge of Contract Labour Compliance aspects - Strong process knowledge and expertise in driving end to end HR processes independently - Execution focus with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment - Eye for details, energetic & hands-on - Good interpersonal & communication skills - Independence, initiative, flexibility and strong commitment - Willingness to travel (as and when required) Those interested may apply or call on 8451801646 for more queries
