Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner (1-3 yrs)
We have an urgent opening with a leading omnichannel Furniture & Home Decor company
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organisation.
Responsibilities :
1. Partner closely with leadership team and hold Performance, Organisational Design, Employee Engagement, Company Culture etc.
2. Develop, Implement, and administer policies to enhance employee performance and experience.
3. Be a coach to senior members and be the guide when it comes to organisational culture.
4. Plan and implement organisational changes required to support massive growth plans for new 5 years.
5. Plan and implement strategies around Compensation, Learning, Growth to improve employee engagement and performance.
6. Plan and implement Talent review, retention, and growth plan in the context of company.
Qualification :
- Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management from Tier 1/2 college
- 1-2 years of experience in HRBP with FMCG, Ecommerce or It/ITES
- Prior consulting experience will be preferred.

- Business Acumen, Strong problem- solving skills and comfort with numbers.
- Driven, sincere, honest and fair.
