Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Finance - CA (2-4 yrs)
Salary Offered : 7-10 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities:
Accounts:
- Ensuring proper and complete day to day maintenance of accounts of company in SAP environment
- Scrutiny of Trial Balance and preparation of Monthly/ Accounts comprising of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Securitizing TDS & WCT Transactions and reconciliation with GL
- Securitizing Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
- Issue of debit notes/ Credit notes to Group Companies in terms of contract
- Management of Custom duty payment and GST monthly reconciliation with monthly/ quarterly returns
- Monthly securitizing of all expenses heads and report the results.
- Supervising all pending Sales Tax /VAT assessment. Pending C-forms etc. Reconciliation etc.
- Assistance in GST annual Audit with books of Accounts.
- Assistance in all types of audits and responds appropriately to the requirements.
- Supervising all types of import payments and coordination with parent company for Netting.
- Maintaining all types of Provisions on monthly basis and maintaining proper record for the same.
- Assistance in monthly reporting and carrying out submission of Reports in Head quarter system.
- Any other work as allocated in Finance Department.
- Learn business
- Develop strong relationship with employees of other functions
- Develop and implement finance control systems to ensure smooth working of the function
- Understand SAP Finance Module
- Excellent MS Excel and Word skills
-Lower level GL entry experience mandatory.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- CA compulsory with 2 to 4 years of work experience.
- Newly qualified CAs with article-ships from mid-size and reputed CA firms can also be considered.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Candidates with prior manufacturing industry experience will only be considered.
- Driven to provide service to internal and external customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills in cooperating with multiple sides
- Commitment to create positive work environment.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills to achieve excellence.
- Local candidates preferred.
