Manager - COE (Center of Excellence) for Govt. & Public Sector POSITION SUMMARY: The incumbent is a part of the COE team that evangelizes the functionalities and features based on market research, designs and develops the road map of the solution areas, generates references, execute GTM, and enables the company's business ecosystem in the vertical of Govt. COE. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Positioning of solutions, and offerings to customers - Extending and managing CoE's portfolio of industry solutions through working with Sales and presales teams - Demo, POCs, Workshop to Govt. prospects and customers, Big 4 Consultants, GSIs, and partners - Establishing thought leadership by consistently building a brand, innovative application of our technology and solutions, establishing competitive advantage, active contribution in social media through blogs, webinars, White papers, etc. - Functional scoping of complex RFPs, RFIs & opportunities - Preparing scope-of-work, and proof-of-concept - Making functional and technical presentations to the clients, consultants, partners, SIs, and Analysts - Enable the sales and presales in expanding the Market / Geo / Vertical - Analyst engagements in Govt. domain SKILLS REQUIRED: - BE/B. Tech & MBA Graduate having 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer interaction in the areas like Presales, Business Analyst, consultancy, etc. around enterprise software relating to solution design/implementation/consulting only - Good experience in MS-Office suite and documentation skills - Willingness to travel for Short term/Long term within India/Outside India and work as per project requirements - Experience working with multiple stakeholders such as Sales/presales, Product Engineering, Delivery, etc. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt, expertise and passion for consumer technologies - Looking at adding value consistently and sticking on the role period for 3+ years
