Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Administration & Security - FMCG/Infra/Agri

Looking for recently retired Army officers/ having some experience in industry.

Age : Not more than 42 years

- Factory level administration - Day to day requirements, House keeping, Vehicle, Transport

- Managing subordinates - Admin support staff, security personnel

- Security management - Arrangement, deployment

- Monitoring third party guards

- Liaison with local government authorities - local officials, Local leaders, Worker leaders.

- Vigilance of factory premise- Ensuring safety and security of assets

- Good leadership skills

- Effective decision making and followup implementation

- Good personality - ability to get the work done
